Kitchen update

We have been busy in the kitchen. We have sheet rocked the celling and painted it. We decided to paint the walls as well. We went with Mountain Haze which is a light green color. We like it. We also added more lighting to the kitchen and boy does it make a difference. Now all we have left is the stove cover and a cabinet above and some little touches of decor.

So the last couple of weeks we have been working on a leak that started from the bathroom and ended in the kitchen. The kitchen ceiling had a ton of water damage and this last time the water was coming out of the light fixture so we decided it was time to do something.

The hole started out small, but ended up being really big (the whole ceiling). Now you can see the bottom of the tub from the kitchen. So we will be putting up a new ceiling soon. Then painting it so I thought if we are painting should we just pain everything new?

Here are pictures of my kitchen. As of now the walls are yellow and the counters are dark green. Any suggestions on a new look?
