So I have gotten rather tired of picking up my girls clothes. Piles and Piles of clothes. They are both going through this stage of changing their clothes many times a day or going through all their clothes to find the perfect outfit. So yesterday I locked all their clothes in the closet. I just put all their clothes (except PJ's and socks) in baskets and locked it up. Is that crazy? I like them to be independent and get ready themselves, but I can't take the clothes any more.

It's not crazy--it's a good idea. I think that when they get a chance to try again, they will be more aware about where their clothes land. Good job!
Its not extreme enough, all a person needs is 6 pairs of shirts, and two pairs of pants. If you find a good pair of pants then just get two identical pairs. Every week rotate what you wore Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the week previous to Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. That way no one will notice, and if they do they will admire you for your economicallness. So give all of their excess clothes to goodwill.
thanks for the advice Adam.
You are not crazy!!!! I would have done the smae thing!
I am having this same exact problem with Ashlyn. I have thought of that, but haven't had the guts yet, tell me how it works out!!
